The warehouse leasing market was quiet in Q3/2016 with few major deals concluded.

By proactively adjusting their rental strategies for selected key tenants, large warehouse landlords are effectively wiping out the cost benefits of any potential relocations.

Property investment sentiment, including that for the industrial sector, should remain robust over the next three months with abundant liquidity in the local banking system.
