kamaco Appointed as Sole Agent for Two Industrial Properties in Tai Kok Tsui

kamaco has been appointed as sole agent for the sale of No 37 Beech Street and No 112-114, Bedford Road, both located in the up-and-coming Tai Kok Tsui. 

No 37 Beech Street – indicative price HK$120 million

The 15-storey property was built in 1997, with a site area and total floor area of 1,800 sq ft and 20,970 sq ft respectively.  The property is located at the heart of Mongkok while Mongkok MTR Station is within only 8-minute walking distance. 

No.112-114 the Bedford Road – indicative price HK$85 million

The 4-storey property was built in 1956, with a site area and total floor area of 2,112 sq ft and 25,344 sq ft respectively.  The property is located near a number of revitalised industrial buildings and new residential projects and it only takes around 8-minute walking time to Prince Edward MTR Station.
